Notice concerning the transfer of the “LA MEDICALE” insurance company’s portfolio of contracts.

On December 8th, the insurance company “LA MEDICALE” submitted a request for approval of the transfer, by way of merger, of its portfolio of insurance policies underwritten on Monegasque territory, with the related rights and obligations, to the companies L’EQUITE and GENERALI VIE.
Creditors of these companies have three months from publication of this notice to submit their comments on the proposed transfer.
