Symposium on “Company law in Monaco”

The Institut Monasque de Formation aux Professions Judiciaires (IMFPJ) organised the Symposium on “Company Law in Monaco”, which was held all day on 13th December 2024 at ONE MONTE-CARLO in the Salle des Arts.

The event brought together practitioners from the legal and judicial professions, as well as representatives of Monegasque institutions and the business world.

The President of the Monaco Bar Association chaired the round table on “The life of a company”, featuring Maître Pierre-Anne NOGHES du MONCEAU, Maître Thomas GIACCARDI and Maître Régis BERGONZI. They spoke respectively on the following topics: conflicts between partners, some specific responsibilities of the Company and criminal law in the life of the Company.
